Full Description
Terret ring with basal looped attachment, decorated with five sets of triple protruding knobs spaced out along the circumference of the ring. Circa 7.3cm high (from top of loop to base of decorative knob) by circa 5. 5cm wide (external diameter of ring). Internal diameter of ring circa 3. 8cm. Measurements from (unscaled) "1:1" polaroid photograph. Loop has `dished' connection to ring.
Picked up on farmland by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), he could not remember where on the farm - limits of farm supplied on map (S1).
Area adjoins Rom road (A144). Field system, ISJ 002, also on Hall Farm.
