Full Description

Surface scatter, said to be found by eye. Pottery grey wares including 1 combed storage vessel (C1?), one probable flanged bowl (C3/C4). Aucissa brooch, complete except for pin but very bent. Colchester derivative brooch with double lug, missing part pin and part spring; plain D-section bow, footknob with 2 grooves over, length 40mm, width 16mm. Bronze pin, complete, as Colchester type 5 (Crummy 1983). Coins (14) range from Claudius II (268- 270) to Theodosius (379-395)(S1).
