Full Description
Stone battle axe, convex outline, hour-glass perforation, roughly shaped butt. 10.5cm long x 5.4cm wide and 6cm high. Light grey fine-grained stone, slightly micaceous (?possibly a greywacke, ?? Group XV, S Lake District 1. Roe's `Early' form (S1).
