Full Description

Scatter of pottery and metalwork found metal detecting at (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(S1). Four brooches and one coin of Faustina I (AD 141-) and grey ware sherds. Also pin and coin of 340's (S1). Surface pottery finds around (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), include several Samian sherds, mortaria and mainly bottle glass fragments (S2). Site is situated (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s).
Further finds include possible amphora sherd, pottery all C1-C2 probably, coins (Domitian Ad 69-89), brooches, one piece of casting waste (S2).
