Full Description

1595: Shown as D-shaped moat (parcel 357) on map of 1595 (R2). 1826: Estate map: wide L-shaped ?moat arm within rectangular ditched/? moated area containing buildings (S2).
?Moat - at least two large `L' shaped ponds shown at Old Hall on Tithe Map (S1)(R1) - ? remains of former moat. Only two ponds now shown on 1: 10000map.
