Summary

Six sand tempered sherds hand-made `IA' pottery including rim with finger impressions and two sherds with projecting ?cordon, also found 4 BS flint gritted ware, 3 RS, 31 BS Roman grey ware, (inc flange bowl) (S2).

Full Description

Six sand tempered sherds hand-made `IA' pottery including rim with finger impressions and two sherds with projecting ?cordon. Found fieldwalking by John Newman on N end of field 671, transect 6, around cited grid reference (S1).
Also found 4 BS flint gritted ware, 3 RS, 31 BS Roman grey ware, (inc flange bowl) (S2)
