Full Description

1991: Metal detecting finds by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) include various scraps and oddments including a bronze gilt ?buckle marked MCDI (or L?) and a plain damaged looped disc, probably a Med (possibly BA?) harness pendant. Also an anonymous follis of the Byzantine Empire, minted in Constantinople in C11 (S1). Possibly curio in Med period?
