Full Description

Scatter of handmade pottery (some organic-tempered, some with golden mica or red ironstone inclusions, others merely sand-tempered) within a mixed scatter of IA & Rom pottery (S1).
Further pottery, including a stamped sherd, found 1992, in the area of (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(S2).
An Anglo-Saxon burial was found approximately 800m to the NW of this site - see IXT 007.
