Full Description

c. 1976: `Big flake + end scraper' found by Jack (or John?) King in area roughly marked on 1:2500 map in circa 1976 (S1). Big flake - ?Same as brown stained flake in box of finds from `Derricks Field' given to Suffolk Archaeological Unit by Jack King. This has been reworked around two of the three main flake edges. The original flake is comparable, in form & colouring, to other flints from Jeagor Farm (MNL 203), the King site (MNL 005) and the Holywell Dolvers (MNL 334), of likley Terminal Palaeolithic date.
