Full Description

Watching brief of area being excavated for fishing lakes in valley bottom, utilizing course of `The Canal'. Peat removed spread over field to N (see map) - no finds visible. Whole of field to N lightly scraped, 3 Med body sherds (discarded) found at cited grid reference. No other finds but visibility poor (S1).
