Full Description

Fragments of two bronze brooches, one a Colchester derivative, the other possibly a P-shaped variant of a Colchester derivative. Found metal detecting in fairly close proximity (S1). Field walking of this area virtually negative (S2). Suggests that either the finds are stray from BEG 011 to S or that site function makes it `invisible', e.g. cemetery. Findspot marked on map at (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s), amended from previously cited (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). Also two Med (C16, C17) coins, Preh worked flints, 1 Med sherd & 2 Rom sherds (S3).
