Full Description
Location of Rom (pottery?) and/or artefact concentration marked on 1:10,000 record map by Mrs. Sheila Herring as a result of parish fieldwalking survey. (S1)
Extent and details of finds not indicated. Close to further Rom site BRK 078 and Rom road RGL 006.
Roman pottery including late wares (Nene Valley, Oxford), building material, coins and bronze objects including two fragments of an unusual P-shaped type of brooch, probably of Continental origin (S2) (S3). Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2007 (S4).
