Full Description

Bedfield Little Green: named and marked on J Hodskinson's Map of Suffolk 1783; shown and named as 'The Little Green' on Bedfield Tithe Map of 1842. Recorded as a 13 acre common 1963 (S1) and still (1993) exists. Small encroachment on the north side of the green recorded as 'Old Womens Yard', 38 perches of arable, on the 1842 Tithe Map (land belonged to White House Farm).
