Full Description

1989, 1990 & 1991: Group of seven Tudor silver coins metal detected over an area of under 50m diameter, just to SE of moat, GLL 001. Probably dispersed hoard or purse. Finds up to April 1992 listed as five sixpenny pieces and two groats. Loss/deposition date circa 1570s(?). Treasure Trove inquest held 29/4/92 at Lowestoft, declared not to be Treasure Trove.
