Full Description

Triangular green or common marked as `The Green' on an estate map of 1725 (S1), as `Thorpe Common' on an estate map of 1769 (S2) and as 'Thorp Green' on J Hodskinson's Map of Suffolk 1783.
Moated site (IXT 001) at the NE corner, Manor Farm at SE corner. Partly infilled with new housing and subdivided. East edge largely gone.
