Full Description

August/September 1992: Assessment trenches on proposed building site located series of undated, BA and/or IA and ESax features and artefacts. December 1992: Full excavation of features exposed in footing trenches over site followed, revealing a relatively small amount of ESax pottery, one ESax pit and one ESax ditch and a number of undated features.
A few sherds of Rom grey ware were also found. Details in (S1). Also see BA & IA.
