Full Description
Rom & Med scatter, including pottery, tile, lead seals etc (S1). August 1995: Lead seal, lozenge shaped, with inscription which translates into the `the seal of R Harvia' (probably Harvey). In 1327 Ralph Hervy was taxed 2s in Norton. Details in (S2).
December 1995: Circular lead seal inscribed 'The Seal of Stephen the son of Alexander'. Details in (S2). Impression taken.
January 1996: Also LSax/EMed bronze fitting.
