Full Description
Fieldwalking in 1980 by A J Schofield produced sherds of Rom grey wares and oyster shells. Also Med and PMed material, probably from site BNL 001. Brick and tile was also found (S1).
Rom site seems to continue to the S of Benhall church - see BNL 009. Further surface finds suggest mainly Med material in this area and Rom to S (S2).
