Full Description

Bronze seal matrix found in the garden of 2 Fern Cottages (S1). Flat, pointed oval shape with a suspension loop at one end, die has a standing Madonna and child, with the inscription *AVE MARIA GRACIA PL' `Hail Mary full of Grace'. Probably C13.
