Full Description
December 1994: Rapid evaluation of single line of trenches traversing former Brackenbury Battery site, prior to construction of sea defences, located multi-period features and finds.
Quantity of relatively unabraded EBA pottery & worked flints including a broken barbed and tanged arrowhead. Only features identified of probable EBA date were a ditch and a slot. Details in (S2).
