1994: Fieldwalking (at 30m intervals) survey of re-planted forest block located Preh scatter over area circa 30m across, consisting of 10 flakes and 3 burnt flints and 1 body sherd of handmade pottery with sand fillers (`Iron Age or Early Saxon).

Full Description

1994: 1994: Fieldwalking (at 30m intervals) survey of re-planted forest block located Preh scatter over area circa 30m across, consisting of 10 flakes and 3 burnt flints and 1 body sherd of handmade pottery with sand fillers (`Iron Age or Early Saxon). Also 1 base and 1 body sherd Roman greyware.

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on details of discovery, (S2).
