Full Description

January 1986: Widespread but fairly thin finds scatter, circa 200m E-W by 120m N-S located during parish fieldwalking survey (surface visibility indifferent). Med finds listed as 1 rim sherd Thetford type ware; 3 rim, 1 base and 63 body relatively small & abraded sherds Med coarse ware (S1). Details in low mound (possibly natural?), circa 1m high by 70/80m across also recorded in centre of area.
Also 9 body sherds Rom grey ware, 2 scrapers and 19 flakes (all Preh?).
