Full Description

A (water) mill is recorded in the Domesday survey of Sudbury in 1086. `(Water) Mill on this site, since Domeday (now Mill Hotel)'(S1). `The Mill House' and `The Mill Hill' on (S2).
Present mill dated 1820 (S3). See PMed for details.
Mill also shown on Kirby's map of 1736 (S4).
