Full Description
November 1993: Metal detected illegible radiate Antoninianus, C3 (S1).
December 1994: 14 Rom coins metal detected form `E part of site', 1 silver, 13 bronze C1-C4 (up to Valentinian I, AD 364-378). Details in (S1).
May & October 1995: Further detector finds of 3 illegible C3/C4 coins from E end of site area (S1).
A small group of surface pottery finds in Nov 1994 include late Roman fine wares (Nene valley, Oxford ware, miscellaneous grey wares), retained by SCC. Also some probable early Anglo-Saxon hand made sherds
