Full Description

1995: Fieldwalking and metal detecting survey by Lowestoft Archaeological and Local History Society Field Group, by `casual line-walk'. Finds from field 64 listed as 8 unpatinated flakes, 2 unpatinated utilized flakes (trimmed natural flints?), 2 scrapers, a possible flint hammerstone, 5 pot boilers, 8 Medieval sherds, 9(+) Post Medieval sherds (including stoneware), clay pipe stems, 3 fragments (Medieval?) bricks. Details in (S1).

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on details of discovery, (S2).
