July 1997: Monitoring of stripping of 180m x 20m area for quarry located grooved ware and beaker(?) pottery and discreet cluster of mid 1st century Roman features and pits. Details in (S1).
Area of FLN 053 extended E - details to follow (S2).
Adjoins (EBA) ring ditch (FLN 013 & LNeo circular arrangement of pits, FLN 054).
