Full Description

`Over the whole area converted into reservoirs but especially in that sector N of Bunker's Hill, stone implements were recovered from the surface of the sand under about 6-7 feet of peat ...' `At least 18 flint and 2 stone axes, numerous flint flakes and cores and 2 quartzite rubbing stones are known ...' The stone axe in the BM is probably jadeite. Further implements in IPSMG, BM and NWHCM (S1).
