Full Description

Three truncated pyramidal `loomweights' of LBA form in Mildenhall Museum (two in former Sid Ford collection, other in former Ashley collection)(R1). According to typed label with Ashley collection loomweight it was `one of a hoard of twelve found near Kentford in 1941'. Presumably Ford collection loomweights part of same `hoard'. Weights from circa 2425-2670g. Details in (S2).
