Full Description

1189-1200: Grant to Geoffrey the Clerk of Mildenhall, of his messuage to Bradmere (in Mildenhall) of lands formerly held by Abraham the priest, of the breach on the hills, east of Mildenhall and other field lands with tofts, next to the 'Old Castle'. Also (?) all the land that Godfrey held with tofts and Soingelanda (or Somglond) to Grisemere and the tofts next to Haliuelle (Holywell) called Melneholm (or Milneholm), and the land in the town where Osmundus and Winegar.... & meadow in Ordoneresholm and the arable land with the meadow to the north lying next to the 10 &, 8 acres of Holmeresye (Holmes) & a meadow towards Westendiegate..... (S1).
