Full Description

Archaeological monitoring of groundwork associated with the construction of an extension to Spexhall Manor, an Edwardian house building around a 16th century timber framed core and constructed within a partially moated enclosure (NGR 3802 7937), revealed only undated 19th century and 20th century disturbances in the form of footings and pits (S1).
