Full Description
Site of Peverlls sub-manor, current building New Street Farm, on site. In C14/C15 ownership disputed between Richard de Muneworth and Hugh de Glemsford. In 1497 owned by William Felton (died seised) (S1-S3).
Note: 'Peverells' is a grade II* Listed Building at TL 8262 4802 on the SW edge of Coldhams Tye Green - is there some confusion here? Check sources (S1-S3).
