Site of 'Walberswick Bridge' which Gardner (R1) describes as connecting Walberswick and Bulcamp Heath, with the road and piles still obvious, although when it was demolished was not known. He quotes a reference to it (Bulcamp Bridge? - see BLB Misc, MSF23790) in 1286 (S1, R1).
Shown on 1587 map and as being close to Bulcamp Bridge (same?) on GIS map layer (S2).
Location needs checking from documentary/cartographic sources.
