Summary

Full Description
Fieldwalking by Janet Tacon between circa 1971 and 1985 (mostly 1975-6?) located large amount of pottery including large amount of Medieval and Post Medieval pottery, 19 green-glazed tile fragments, 5 lava quern fragments and one fragment moulded stone (S1).
Finder's reference was Blythburgh 1 (also described as 'Saxon Field').
An area to the SW of the field also described as Blythburgh IB (probably same as BLB 055) (S1).
