Socket fragments of 2 socketed axes, metal detected during AHS Club day out in December 2007 &/or January 2008.
One plain and one ribbed axe fragments - drawings in file (S1). Possibly from hoard (?).
Note: Norfolk PAS appear to record these objects twice? - need checking (see PAS records NMS-402A48; NMS-20E795; NMS-1EFEB3; NMS-409DE7)
Findspot circa 150m from source (?) of tributary of River Waveney on or near hilltop.
Cited NGR correct to centre of field only.
