Full Description

Excavation identified part of a Middle Bronze Age cremation cemetery, with six unurned cremations and one urned in a Deverel-Rimbury pot, the fill of this cremation pit contained two sherds of Beaker pottery and over 200 Late Neolithic/ Early Bronze Age flints (S1).
