Full Description

2013: Evaluation trenching identified a single large sub-oval pit that cut into the natural chalk. The feature measured 2.75m long, 1.5m wide and 0.7m deep. Three 12th to 14th century sherds were recovered along with a residual Roman sherd (S1).
