Full Description
September 1999: Area of Roman features within larger trenched evaluation, BRG 024. Series of trenches excavated as part of evaluation of larger area north of Eldo House Farm and central to the southern half of the evaluation area. Roman period activity indicated by two shallow pits (producing 7 pottery sherds). Details in (S1).
Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 1999 (S2).
