Full Description

Coin of Claudius found in peaty soil just above silt on the S side of river 8-9 feet deep. Indications of a ford here on both Suffolk and Norfolk sides of the river (S1).
?Same as Dupondius of Claudius, rev. CERES AVGVSTA found while excavating foundations for new Waveney bridge on A143, in possession of (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) (found by pupil at his wife's school in Diss) in 1979 (S2).
