Full Description
1851: Gold "bulla" or pendant : 7 concentric rings of corded gold wire with central boss. Compare Akerman's Arch Index 1855 : plate XVII, figure 13, from Chatham and Invent Sepulchra, pl IV, fig 23 from Gilton (S1)(S2)(S3), strip forming the suspension loop carried across the back to form a hook on the opposite edge. Drawing from (S1) in parish file.
1990s: loaned to Diss Museum, presently in private possession? (letter from Tim Holt-Wilson in parish file (M1).
