Full Description

Well, 3 feet diameter, originally 49 feet deep. On each side wedge-shaped steps, 18 inches apart.
Finds include hoops from two wooden buckets, 5 restorable jugs including one with 8 lobes. Final fill contained milk pans and C13/C14 cooking pots (S1). Final 19 feet excavated. Photograph of one jug in parish file. See also Pal.
