Full Description

(see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s): Sherds of pottery dug up in garden of Freckenham House. Now in Moyses Hall, 1975-5 (S1)(R1).
(see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s): Sherds found in digging garden in 1976(?) and retained by finder (S1). Two sherds Samian, 12 sherds Nene Valley including one dog bowl and one mortaria sherd, three rim fragments Oxford colour coat, five sherds orange oxidised burnished, five shell tempered including one storage jar rim, six miscellaneous grey ware sherds, two 'Romano-Saxon" with slash and dimples and with raised bosses and triangular dimple group. Mainly C4, nothing pre C2 (S2). Drawing of stamped `Romano-Saxon' sherd in NWHCM. Taken in by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) (S3).
These probably refer to the same group of pottery - findspot approximate. See also Sax, Med.
