Full Description
1889: Mammaliferous gravels between Gipping and Lowestoft tills found in old brick pit, 1889 (S1).
1952: Borings revealed 2.7 of clay mud on chalky boulder clay, overlain by red sandy clay. Pollen analysis indicated the earlier part of the Hoxnian Interglacial, (S2)
