Full Description

`Frequent finds of James I & Charles I silver & gold coins', marked on 6 inch record map by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). Small hoard of Stuart gold and silver coins in the southern extremity of the cliff. Found by River Board worker between 1960 and 1970. Contained at least one gold laurel of James I. Later in the same year, a visitor picked up another laurel in the same place and this was seen and identified by me' (S2).
