Full Description
1975: Fieldwalking by Mildenhall Archaeological Society located small concentration of 7 Neo or BA potsherds in NW corner of `100 Acre field' (S1). Also general scatter of Mes, Neo & BA flints from all over field surface (S2).
1983: Flint leaf shaped bifacially worked flint sickle, 12.2 cms x 3.6 cms x 1.0 cms with silica gloss along one edge. Found by John King in same NW corner of field - drawn (S3).
Note Neo flint scatter, MNL 169, in same field. Also BA.
