Full Description

Late Rom scatter of metalwork & pottery located some years earlier `on either side of drove' (S1).
April 1981: Fieldwalking by J Plouviez on E side of droveway located scatter of Rom pottery, including greyware, shell gritted, Samian, Nene Valley & Oxford wares and lava fragment. Details in (S2).
ERL 005 may be a mislocation of this site ?, however, area of 005 not fieldwalked. Note large Rom scatters to S, ERL 017 & 007.
