Full Description

March 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
Undated linear bank and several ditches are visible as earthworks in grass within Henham Park (HAM 018) on aerial photographs (S1-S3). They may represent post medieval park features. The features are levelled and no longer visible on more recent photography (S4). The northern-most ditch is visible as a tree-line on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map, but has been mapped due to its relationship with the other ditches, and its associated bank is likekly to represent Henham Park boundary or pale.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 15th January 2014.
