Full Description

Field system and ? trackway circa 30m wide traversing TAT 007 and TAT 009 and surrounding TAT 008 and 010 (S1)(S2).

Cropmarks of extensive field systems, trackway and ditches on various orientations of multi-period date. There appears to be at least three sets of field boundaries on different orientations across the site. None of the field systems appears to be related to the D-shaped enclosure (TAT 007) as several of the boundaries cross the enclosure. A possible incomplete polygonal enclosure, 156m by 93m, is visible, but has also been transected by a number of field boundaries. Helen Saunders (Essex County Council), January 2015. (S3-S5).
