A wood-lined well 3 feet square was found during construction. It was of a depth of 11 feet with sherds of Thetford ware, 2 boars' tusks and a horn core.

Four undated ditches were identified during evaluation.

A pair of Edwardian, red brick, memorial cottage homes built in 1903. Designed by Mr A Ainsworth-Hunt, architect and built by Messers. Barbrook and Houghton of Bury St. Edmunds, on land almost opposite the Depot Barracks of the Suffolk Regiment.

Evaluation demonstrated extensive recent disturbance. Only features were 2 undated pits.

Also known as John-o-Lidgate's House after a monk of Bury St Edmunds, who was born in Lidgate circa 1370. 16th century timber framed and brick house.

Evaluation revealed three pits, a buried prehistoric soil sealing a posthole, pottery sherds of Neolithic and Iron Age date and flint tools.
