Full Description

1989: Blade end of socketed axe, relatively large - blade width 6.0 cms, surviving length 4.0 cms, weight 120 gms. Medium green-brown at blade edge, medium to dark rust brown at break. No evidence of hammer - breakage. Found with metal detector by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(S1).
1998: Bronze spearhead tip, 40mm long, no trace os socket. Prominent , lozenge shaped mid rib. MBA? Metal detector find from (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)'.
