Full Description

1989: Brooch, probably Colchester derivative rear hook type, missing spring, hook & pin. Badly corroded; arms bent upwards; recent damage to catchplate. Traces of longitudinal grooves on bow and groups of three grooves on arms plus two at ends of arms. Large - length circa 7.5cm, width of arms circa 6. 3cm. Found metal detecting by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(S1). Photographed.
